Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of speech pathologists, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
- Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients.
- Manage team performance, productivity, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
About You:
- Qualifications: Degree in Speech Pathology & current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience: Leadership or mentoring experience in the speech pathology field.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
