The Role: PBS Team Leader

• Type: Permanent full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days/week)
• Location: Brisbane, QLD – flexible, with work from home and community-based services

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a small team of PBS practitioners.
• Deliver high-quality PBS support within home, school, and community settings.
• Maintain your own caseload while supporting report reviews, mentoring, and clinician development.
• Enjoy flexibility in managing administrative and reporting responsibilities from home.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant human services discipline (or currently studying).
• NDIS Registration: PROFICIENT registration with the NDIS Commission is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Positive Behaviour Support, with a strong foundation in delivering community-based services.
• Leadership: A genuine passion for supporting and mentoring fellow clinicians.
• Skills: Excellent time management, organisational skills, and confidence using technology.
• Checks: Must hold or be eligible for an Australian driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, and police clearance.
