The Role: PBS Team Leader
- Type: Permanent full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days/week)
- Location: Brisbane, QLD – flexible, with work from home and community-based services
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a small team of PBS practitioners.
- Deliver high-quality PBS support within home, school, and community settings.
- Maintain your own caseload while supporting report reviews, mentoring, and clinician development.
- Enjoy flexibility in managing administrative and reporting responsibilities from home.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant human services discipline (or currently studying).
- NDIS Registration: PROFICIENT registration with the NDIS Commission is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Positive Behaviour Support, with a strong foundation in delivering community-based services.
- Leadership: A genuine passion for supporting and mentoring fellow clinicians.
- Skills: Excellent time management, organisational skills, and confidence using technology.
- Checks: Must hold or be eligible for an Australian driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, and police clearance.
