The Role: This role is perfect for Speech Pathologists looking for variety, challenge, and rewarding opportunities. With a strong focus on NDIS and disability support, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and paediatrics, depending on your preferences. You’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload to match your clinical interests and career goals.
 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose communication disorders
  • Design, trial, and implement both high-tech and low-tech communication devices
  • Develop, monitor, and review individualised treatment plans
  • Assess and manage swallowing difficulties
  • Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals, GPs, and specialists
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and staff
