The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team, offering:
  • Full-time or Part-time options (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Permanent Position
  • Hybrid Role – based anywhere in the Melbourne metro area, with flexibility to work from home for reporting and admin tasks
  • A diverse caseload providing clinical support in community settings such as schools and group homes
  • Responsibilities including assessment, intervention, therapy planning, and reporting within your clinical discipline
  • Access to central office locations for in-person work, available on a weekly or monthly basis (flexible)

Who We Are Looking For

  • SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • A passion for working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience is preferred but not essential)
  • Paediatric and/or adult experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in a community services setting is a plus
  • Willingness to provide services in community and home settings
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools (computer and mobile) and open to new technologies
  • Fun, energetic, and team-oriented – we work together and love what we do
  • Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
