The Role
This is an exciting full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) opportunity offering:
- Hybrid Role – Based anywhere, with flexibility to work from home for reporting and administration tasks, while being out in the community for clinical work
- Diverse Caseload: Work with a range of clients including children and adults in various settings like schools, group homes, and in-home support. Your caseload will allow you to build meaningful relationships with clients and provide tailored, high-quality therapy services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans to support communication.
- Deliver evidence-based intervention and therapy tailored to clients’ needs, supporting progress toward their goals
- Provide recommendations, therapy planning, and written reports for clients and caregivers
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Support NDIS participants through the planning and implementation of their plans, ensuring a focus on practical outcomes
- Flexibility and Support: Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and admin tasks, with the option to work from a central office location on a weekly or monthly basis, if preferred.

Who We Are Looking For
- SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- A passion for working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience is preferred but not essential)
- Paediatric and/or adult experience is highly desirable
- Experience in a community services setting is a plus
- Willingness to provide services in community and home settings
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable with IT tools (computer and mobile) and open to new technologies
- Fun, energetic, and team-oriented – we work together and love what we do
- Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
