We’re currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant – with qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling – to join a supportive and dynamic team based in Brisbane.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting clients through their recovery journey and, where appropriate, their return to work. You’ll be empowered to apply your clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to help clients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Developing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans using a whole-person approach
• Liaising with a range of stakeholders including clients, employers, insurers, families, and allied health professionals
• Conducting workplace and vocational assessments
• Providing Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluations (P-FCEs)
• Recommending pathways aligned with recovery timelines and individual needs
• Creating practical and client-focused rehabilitation strategies.

About You

• Degree-qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, with current ASORC or AHPRA registration
• Ideally 1–2+ years’ experience in occupational rehab or relevant clinical roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for helping people achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes
• Own transport and a current driver’s license are essential.
