• Developing and implementing individualised return-to-work (RTW) and recovery plans
• Conducting functional, workplace, ADL, ergonomic, and pre-employment assessments
• Preparing clear, evidence-based reports to support client outcomes and stakeholder decisions
• Liaising with employers, insurers, GPs, and clients to deliver coordinated rehab plans
• (Optional) Expanding your skill set in early intervention, injury prevention, or fitness-for-work assessments

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experienced consultant or clinical physios: Interest in transitioning to rehab (full training provided)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• A passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful recovery and return to work
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a connected, vibrant team
