About the Role:
Step into an exciting role as a Rehabilitation Counsellor and make an impact by helping individuals recover from injuries and return to work. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, including Workers Compensation, NDIS, CTP ComCare, and WHS, conduct a range of assessments, and provide exceptional return-to-work services.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re passionate about making a difference and bringing your best to the table. With your outstanding communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude, you’ll thrive in our team.
You should have:
- A university degree in Rehab Counselling, Psychology or Social Work.
- AHPRA/ASORC/RCAA accreditation.
- Proven Occupational Rehabilitation experience and extensive knowledge of WC Legislation.
- A full driver’s license and access to your own car.
- A passion for helping others and a good sense of humor!
