The Role
We have multiple full-time and part-time roles available with the following features:
- Flexible Options: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) – find a work schedule that suits you!
- Permanent Positions – Offering job security and career growth opportunities.
- Hybrid Role: Work remotely from home for reporting and administrative tasks while providing therapy in community settings.
- Diverse Caseload: Work across various community settings, including schools, group homes, and clients’ homes. Each day brings a unique challenge with different types of clients and needs.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals.
- Therapy Planning and Intervention: Develop person-centred therapy plans and deliver interventions tailored to the individual’s needs, including the use of therapeutic strategies to improve daily functioning and independence.
- Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports and documentation to clients, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For
- AHPRA registration: You will have general AHPRA registration as a psychologist (or provisional and or close to attaining)
- A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience
- Open to carrying out some positive behaviour support work
- Ideally experience working in a community services setting
- A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
- IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
- Fun & energetic! We are a vibrant & diverse team who really enjoys working together
- Hold a driver’s license and have use of your own vehicle.
