The Role
This is an exciting full-time or part-time opportunity (minimum 3 days per week), offering:
- Hybrid Role – Based anywhere with the flexibility to work from home for reporting and administration
- A diverse caseload providing high-quality positive behaviour support in settings such as schools and group homes
- Develop person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans aligned with client goals and NDIS plans
- Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical & interpersonal assessments in various environments
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills
- Full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and admin tasks

Who We Are Looking For
- Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline (or working towards)
- NDIS Commission registration specific to carrying out Positive Behaviour Support work (essential)
- Experience in facilitating meaningful outcomes for clients and families
- Ideally, 6-12 months experience in Positive Behaviour Support
- Passion and enthusiasm for the work you do, making a positive impact in people’s lives
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check required
