The Role: 
We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available, offering:
 

  • Flexible Options: Choose from full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) positions that suit your lifestyle.
  • Permanent Positions offering long-term stability with opportunities for career growth.
  • Hybrid Role – Work from home for admin and reporting tasks, with the flexibility to meet in-person at central office locations as needed.
  • Diverse Caseload: Work in a variety of community settings, including schools, group homes, and private homes – making each day unique and engaging.
  • Responsibilities: You’ll be involved in assessment, intervention, therapy planning, and reporting, all while working within your clinical discipline and as part of a passionate and collaborative team.

Who We Are Looking For: 

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities (NDIS experience is preferred but not essential).
  • Paediatric and/or adult experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in community services is a plus.
  • Willingness to provide services in community and home settings.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with IT tools (computer and mobile) and open to learning new technologies.
  • Fun, energetic, and team-oriented – you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy making work enjoyable.
  • Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
