What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you’ll have a diverse caseload, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact in both paediatric and adult populations. Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering mobile therapy across homes, schools, workplaces, and via telehealth, bringing therapy to the clients who need it most.
- Working with a mixed caseload tailored to your areas of interest and expertise—whether you love working with kids, adults, or both!
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized therapy plans that help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to create the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records and engaging in regular team meetings.
What We’re Looking For
We need a Speech Pathologist who is:
- Qualified: Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
- Passionate: You’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centred therapy and making a difference in people’s lives.
- Organised & Efficient: You can manage a diverse caseload and thrive on variety.
- A Team Player: You love collaborating with others and working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Flexible: You hold a valid driver’s licence and are comfortable working in a range of community settings across the specified service areas.
