We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join an established and growing team, delivering community-based treatment across a variety of sectors. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation and functional goals through comprehensive mobile Exercise Physiology services.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of others, with the ability to engage with a wide range of clientele. You will be delivering mobile Exercise Physiology services across sectors such as Workers Compensation, CTP, NDIS, Age Care, Medicare, and more. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting clients to achieve their rehabilitation and health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prescribe tailored exercise programs for clients with a variety of injuries and conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, rehabilitation providers, insurers, employers, and support coordinators.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on session outcomes.
- Travel to different locations to see 5-6 clients per day.
- Conduct clinic-based sessions in a gym and pool environment in Rhodes.
- Participate in weekly file reviews and monthly team meetings.

About You:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
- Current registration with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), or working towards it.
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their rehabilitation and functional goals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Current and valid Working with Children and Police Checks.
- A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel.
