About the Role
As the Clinical Lead of Graduate Development – Occupational Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing high-quality courses for the Professional Development Platform.
• Presenting expert content in face-to-face workshops.
• Engaging in 1:1 mentorship with team members.
• Providing specialist supervision in your area of expertise.
• Maintaining your clinical caseload while supporting future clinicians.
• Engaging with industry leaders and contributing to research-driven practice improvements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Several years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years working in NDIS
• Extensive experience in graduate development, mentoring, and coaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and deliver results
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• General AHPRA membership
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work and travel as needed
