About the Role
As the Clinical Lead of Graduate Development – Occupational Therapy, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-quality courses for the Professional Development Platform.
- Presenting expert content in face-to-face workshops.
- Engaging in 1:1 mentorship with team members.
- Providing specialist supervision in your area of expertise.
- Maintaining your clinical caseload while supporting future clinicians.
- Engaging with industry leaders and contributing to research-driven practice improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Several years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years working in NDIS
- Extensive experience in graduate development, mentoring, and coaching
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and deliver results
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA membership
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work and travel as needed
