We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with at least Core NDIS registration to join our client’s team. In this role, you will:

• Conduct behavioural support assessments
• Develop and implement individualised behavioural support plans
• Provide behavioural support interventions in a variety of settings (1:1 support, group sessions, clinic, home, and schools)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this rewarding role, candidates should have:

• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role
• Strong patience and composure in stressful situations
• At least Core NDIS registration
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a specialist multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with behavioural challenge
