Health Recruitment Partners is partnering with a well-established, national Allied Health organisation with over 20 years of excellence to recruit an exceptional Behaviour Support Area Manager.

About the Role

As the Behaviour Support Area Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure your team is supported, developed, retained and empowered to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on clinical practice, maintaining strong clinical standards while leading by example.
Your leadership will focus on four key areas:
1. Performance & Accountability
  • Drive achievement of KPIs, billable targets and clinical standards
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures

2. Staff Retention & Culture

  • Champion a positive, inclusive and supportive team environment
  • Foster wellbeing, collaboration and job satisfaction

3. Staff Development

  • Create and implement individual career development plans
  • Support clinical growth, capability building and caseload development

4. Clinical Practice

  • Maintain a clinical caseload (minimum 21 billable hours per week)
  • Model best-practice behaviour support and client-centred care

About You

✔ Highly developed communication skills, empathy and a professional approach
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ clinical experience
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (highly regarded)
  • Minimum Proficient BSP level
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • National Police Check
  • Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Willingness to work flexibly and travel as required
